A watch repairer, Sam Sokhom, 30 was shot dead by his friend Heng Vesna, 31, a soldier at the engineering unit of the Ministry of Defence in Phnom Penh. Vesna has been arrested. Police said he told them he did not know why he killed his friend because he was drunk at the time. —THE PHNOM PENH POST
